I’m incredibly honored and humbled to sit down with my friend and also a person I’ve so long admired. @Oprah’s unmatched positive zest for life, her generous soul, and her incredibly strong sense of self has been an inspiration to millions myself among them. She confronts self-doubt and honesty head-on, in the most courageously vulnerable way, and encourages audiences around the world to pursue their dreams.
And most importantly, be their true selves.
Oprah is the symbol of empowerment and I so look forward to sharing stories and delving into the highs and lows that have lead our wellness journeys to where we are today.
