The non-firing G36C (and Desert Eagle) props used in Alien vs. Predator were supplied by airsoft store Wolf Armouries, located in London, England, who later offered to recreate the prop ("bar a few very minor details") for interested clients via their website.

Unlike previous appearances where Christopher Robin's eyes were black dots similar to Pooh Bear, Tigger, Piglet, Kanga and Roo, his eyes are now white like the other characters.

Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez not only wrote new songs for this movie but they also starred in this movie as the voice of Kanga (filling in for Kath Soucie) and the sounds of Pooh Bear's tummy respectively. Peter Del Vecho loved their songs so much that he rehired them 2 years later to write songs for the movie Frozen (2013).

Jim Cummings and Tom Kenny who voiced Pooh, Tigger and Rabbit in this film used to work together on the show CatDog (1998) as the title characters. They also worked together on The Powerpuff Girls (1998) as The Mayor of Townsville and Fuzzy Lumpkins respectively. They later did so in Adventure Time (2010) as Lenny the Beaver and Ice King of which also featured one of their on-and-off partners Stephen Root who voiced Grimby in the aforementioned series.
