Greg Kinnear killed Jessica. He and Annie go back to the swamp where Jessica was found and Annie has a vision of what happened. Kinnear tries to kill Annie but Buddy saves her. She goes to the police station to talk to Buddy and the cops tell her that he hanged himself so there's no way that he could've helped her... Buddy's ghost saved Annie...
