Christopher Eccleston appeared as one of the incarnations of the Doctor, Talulah Riley appeared in two episodes and Tony Curran appeared in one. Karen Gillan (Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017)), Peter Serafinowicz (Guardians of the Galaxy (2014)), Toby Jones (Captain America: The First Avenger (2011) and Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014)) and Jenna Coleman and David Bradley (Captain America: The First Avenger (2011)) have all had supporting roles in various seasons of the series.
