(at around 1h 50 mins) The call sign that Moira MacTaggert uses, X-Ray Bravo Seven Zero (XB-70) was the United States Air Force designation for a prototype super sonic bomber that could fly at Mach 3+ and above 70,000 feet. However, the filmmakers decided to shift the focus from the early years of one mutant to those of the X-Men. Penn found this approach more interesting than what he'd come up with, and so stepped down with his blessing.
