The missiles are transported in many different ways in this film. Starting with the Stealth bomber plane that Deakins and Hale go on their routine flight seemingly, then transported on the Humvees, then on boats and finally on a freight train heading to Denver.

Deakins (John Travolta) and all the people that work for him die and the second nuke is disarmed by Hale (Christian Slater) seconds before it explodes. Hale and Terry introduce themselves and shake hands.
