Miranda reveals herself to be Ras Al Ghuls daughter. Shes working with Bane to carry out her fathers goal of destroying Gotham. Catwoman kills Bane and Miranda dies after the truck carrying the bomb crashes. Batman manages to detonate the bomb away from everyone but is presumed dead in the blast. Alfred later sees him and Catwoman sitting together at a cafe in Florence. Blakes real first name is revealed to be Robin. Having been left instructions by Batman, the last shot is of him discovering the batcave.

On July 20, 2012, during a midnight screening in Aurora, Colorado, James Holmes entered the theater and opened fire, killing twelve people and injuring fifty-eight.
