@heartgiftfoundation is one of the charities we support every year through [[#MJM](/tags/MJM)](/tags/MJM). It’s through Heart Gift Foundation that Mary found a way to get a life changing surgery for her little boy who had congenital heart disease. He’s now healthy, happy and going back to the Philippines. It really takes a village guys, and this is why we work so hard to raise money and make a difference! #MJM also proudly supports @jklivinfoundation @cureduchennemd, @dellchildrensfoundation + @riseatx Esse pessoal é o trabalho de @mackjackmcconaughey em ação !! @heartgiftfoundation é uma das instituições de caridade que apoiamos todos os anos através do #MJM. Foi através da Heart Gift Foundation que Mary encontrou uma maneira de fazer uma cirurgia de mudança de vida para seu garotinho que tinha doença cardíaca congênita. Ele agora está saudável, feliz e voltando para as Filipinas. É realmente necessário um pessoal da aldeia, e é por isso que trabalhamos tanto para arrecadar dinheiro e fazer a diferença!
