Machine Gun Kelly sustained a hairline fracture of the sternum on set toward the end of filming, reportedly from repeat punches to the chest from an unnamed person playing a police officer. The actor claimed that when he complained to a crew member about the incident, he was told to "suck it up".

When scenes of Roddy's cage are shown, you can see a stuffed Alex the Lion from Madagascar (2005) on the left.

Once Roddy enters the sewer version of London, a female mouse shouts "Feed the flies, tuppence a bag!" This is a reference to Mary Poppins (1964), set in London, where it's "feed the birds, tuppence a bag!"
